U.S. SHIPPING

Standard U.S. Shipping is FREE for orders over $100 (after any discounts)

Upon shipment you will receive a shipping notification email that will include carrier information and a tracking number. You can track your order by logging into your account and accessing your order history. You can also track your order HERE

U.S. Standard Shipping     2-5 Business Days      $6.95     (FREE on orders over $100)      

Canada Shipping               6-10 Business Days    $15.00   (FREE on orders over $100)


STANDARD
All orders will ship out within 1 to 3 days, except on weekends and holidays. After leaving our warehouse, standard orders should arrive within 2-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Orders ship via DHL or USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, Priority or International Package Mail.

EXPRESS

At this time, we no longer offer Express Shipping.


PO BOXES & APO/FPO or U.S TERRITORIES
Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories ship via USPS Priority Mail service. You should receive your order within 3-6 business days (weekends and holidays not included).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is available on any order to be shipped outside the U.S. International orders ship via USPS Priority International. A tracking number will be provided. International Shipping is free on orders over $200.

Customs
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs officials require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Love Kari Dae has no control over your package once it leaves the USA. Your country's Customs Officials determine the speed at which your order is processed and released to you.


RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for a refund or store credit as long as the request is made within 15 days of your package delivery. We do not allow exchanges at this time since our items can sell out so fast.

We suggest adding tracking to your package as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

No returns will be allowed after 15 days of you receiving your package. The returned item must be shipped back to us in the unworn, undamaged, original condition with all tags still attached. Once the item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed an acceptable return, you will receive an email letting you know that your return has been processed and to expect to see your refund soon.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In some rare but unfortunate cases, and item that you have ordered may have suddenly become sold out. If that is the case, we will refund the out of stock item and ship you the rest of your order asap.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
In order to efficiently serve our shoppers from all over the U.S, we have merchandise stored in 2 warehouses, one in Los Angeles, California and one in Ellenwood, Georgia. In effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, you may receive multiple packages for your order. You will still only pay one shipping charge and you will still get all packages within the normal 2 to 5 days. 


NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
International Order are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All swimwear and body suits are final sale and not eligible for return, exchanges or store credit for sanitary reasons. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or if it has already been shipped.

Store Credit

Store Credit is given in the form of a coupon code, good for the total cash amount of your returned purchase and can be used towards any new purchase.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not do exchanges. A lot of our items tend to sell out pretty quickly. Therefore an item you may want to exchange may no longer be in stock. However, as stated above, we will be more than happy to offer a refund on eligible purchases. You can then return to the shop and purchase items that are still in stock.
